We are really pleased with one of your techs named William. He was very courteous and a fast troubleshooter! He pinpointed the circuit board that needed to be replaced. I was very elated that he had the replacement part in his truck. I realize it's not really necessary to get Jenn-Aire/Maytag factory-trained techs to come fix our Jenn-Aire appliances. I just wanted to thank Patty very much for taking time out of her day to help me with my issue. I needed repair to my fridge which I bought 3 years ago. The compressor went out and another company talked me into buying a warranty to help cover this very expensive fix. I called Patty who informed me that Frigidaire has a five year warranty on that part. I called them and had my fridge repaired in 1 day!!!! It only cost me $70.00 instead of the $800.00 the other company quoted me. Without that information I would have lost allot of money. Thank you sooooo much for your kindness and honesty (which the other does not have)... You have gained a customer for life. As I told you, Kathy, my refrigerator (GE) went on the fritz, and after some difficulty hooking up with the manufacturer, I called this local outfit. They were prompt, did a first-rate job, and took 30 percent off the price. The list price for the service was $280, and they charged me $250. Ninety-day warranty. If anything goes wrong within 30 days, they will make the service call free. I told them I would pass along their name to you.





Our clothes dryer has been causing me fits for the last several months and it finally got to the point where I had to do something.    After a brief web search, I came across Trinity Appliance Service.   Furthermore, I reviewed the Tom Martino site and found Trinity was on the referral list, so I gave Trinity a call and scheduled an appointment.   I really appreciated the way I was greeted, the prompt service, quality of work, and the price paid.  I really feel like a found a diamond in the rough and really just wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done.  Thank you!   I'll be sure to look you up when the time comes for future appliance repairs.
